What is your policy on refunds, exchanges, or returns?
There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns on tarot decks. 

Refunds or replacements for damaged items 
All tarot decks are shipped with insurance. On the off chance your tarot deck arrives damaged, a replacement deck or replacement for individual damaged cards can be arranged.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a partial refund of that item cost, depending on severity of the damage.
We require photos of the damage and order packaging within 48 hours of receipt.
Incorrect item received
If we mistakenly sent you an incorrect item, we will cover all costs for the correct item to be re-sent. Should you wish to keep the incorrect item we can arrange a gift card for any price difference.


Non-Delivery of Orders
In cases where your order wasn't delivered due to not being home during delivery, the package typically gets sent back to our facility. Once we have the package back, you're entitled to a refund, excluding the cost for shipping. Should you wish for the order to be sent again, you'll need to cover the new shipping fees. We'll send a separate invoice for these costs via email. Please know, international returns may take a considerable amount of time due to the parcel company choosing the cheapest method for return shipping.

Wrong Shipping Address Provided
If the delivery address you provided is incorrect and the order was delivered to this address, we're unable to offer a refund.

Resolution for Orders Lost During Shipping
It's important to report any lost items within 15 to 60 days of shipment. Claims made after 60 days can not be investigated, and the order will be regarded as delivered and completed. In the event that the shipping company determines your order was lost after a comprehensive inquiry, you have the option to receive a full refund or have a replacement sent to you (depending on inventory) without any extra charges.
